Design-Build
We specialize in Design-Build project delivery system to be your one source of contract for all things related to your project Design and Construction. Our design and construction teams are integrated being one entity that drives one unified flow of work from initial concept through completion. United from the onset of the project our integrated teams readily work to successfully complete a project faster, more cost-effective, and with optimized project quality.
Construction Project Management
Our Construction Project Managers (CPM) can manage the construction of your buildings or facilities to ensure a successful project from start to finish. We will manage your project job-site construction operations, budget, schedule, performance, quality, safety, suppliers, subcontractors, superintendents, compose a project estimate, bid documents, job reports, coordinate meetings, work with all stakeholders, negotiate agreements, administer contracts and schedules. We can interpret drawings, analyze a project process to prevent delays. We are very good listeners, communicators, that work effectively well with others on the team. We are very proficient with using a computer, understand contract requirements and construction standards. Our experience professional CPMs can also function as a representative of your company to stakeholders.
Mechanical Coordination
Our Mechanical Coordinators (MEP or MEPF Coordinators) will manage and coordinate all components of a construction project related to the Heating, Ventilation, and Air-Conditioning (HVAC), Electrical and Plumbing or MEP elements of the facility including the Fire Suppression System. Our MEP Coordinators will prepare and administer technical documents, drawings, hire MEP subcontractors, acquire as-built, resolve MEP conflict, execute MEP tests, acquire inspection approvals, and coordinate between all MEP subcontractors and project team members to ensure a successful project completion.
Owner's Representative
As a specialized consultant, our experienced Construction Project Manager can be your Owner’s Representative (Owner’s Rep.) and serve as advisers to your project. We will oversee the design and construction of your buildings or facilities as required, ensuring that everything is done in your best interests and according to plan to achieve your goals. As your owner’s rep. we will advise and assist with solutions to problems, land acquisition, provide a recommendation to avoid issues, field supervision, compose punch-list, budgeting and cost control. Including documenting and reporting to ensure all your questions and concerns are addressed. Our service provides you the assurance of being satisfied with your project and that it was a complete success.
Building Surveying
We specialize in Building Surveying (Building As-Built), whether your existing structure is Industrial, Commercial, or Residential we can provide you with a digital blueprint of your existing building interior layout or exterior elevations. Identifying all major structural elements, mechanical fixtures, and details finishes as per your requirement. We pride ourselves on providing to you the exact replica of the existing structure.
Site Inspection
As a specialized consultant, one of our Construction Project Managers will visit your building or project job site and provide you with a detail site inspection report related to your area of concern. We are experienced in providing inspection reports of all areas of a building or product regarding Architectural, Mechanical and Structural. Allow us to do the leg work for you so to attest to what is there regarding your building/project or elements integrity.
Specification
If you are unsure about what you want, who supplies it and whether or not it’s applicable to your project goal, we at ACS are here to assist you. As a consultant, our Design and Construction team will aid you with specifying Specialty Items, Furniture, Fixtures, Equipment, and Appliances for your project. We will create a detailed booklet that identifies every product and its designated location.
Building Material Takeoffs
As a consultant, we will review all your project drawings and provide you with a detailed material takeoff for your building or project. We will examine all drawings thoroughly to identify every component. Our materials takeoff will be presented to you in an excel spreadsheet, so you’re able to amend it in the future.
Printing
At ACS we can print your project plans and or drawings in black and white and distribute them accordingly to all individuals of your project as required.
You are required to contact us to make arrangements for payment, pick up, or delivery. All drawings must to be emailed to us in PDF format at acs.ltd.bs@gmail.com for printing.
