A.C.S. Architectural Construction Services, formerly 3d Residential Design was established in 1999 and is a Design-Build company that specializes in design-build projects. We have over 15 years of experience in the field of Architecture and Construction. Our projects range from Residential to Commercial, from Renovations to New Constructions, from small to large multi-million dollar Developments and Resorts.

 

A.C.S. Construction Project Managers have worked on notable projects in the Bahamas such as Balmoral Development, BahaMar, Sandals Resort and Albany Bahamas - Luxury Resort. We tailor our professional services to meet our client’s needs locally or internationally - often integrating with one or more specialized professionals or organizations. We maximize construction processes and cost efficiency with proper communication, coordination, and control of the building process along with providing constructability reviews to identify issues that may impact schedule, cost or quality.
